General Manager Zedta Wellman says that often "the only complaint guests have is of the little girl running through the halls - and she's a ghost!" The little girl has also been reported playing jacks in the hallways.
There have also been several reports of lights turning on and off and knocking on guest room doors when no one is on the other side. There is, allegedly, an elderly gentleman who likes to startle housekeeping by turning on T.V.s and a forlorn looking man has been spotted on the lower level. Strangely, most ghostly sightings at Gratz Park Inn have occurred during daytime hours, though strange sounds have been reported all hours of the day and night....
